Ballet Concerto Summer Dance Concert

Ballet Concerto’s beloved SUMMER DANCE CONCERT returns June 18–21 at
8:30 p.m. at The Shops at Clearfork, inviting audiences to celebrate under the stars with a special
tribute to America’s 250th birthday.
Now in its 44th season, this cherished Fort Worth tradition continues to make professional dance
accessible to the entire community with FREE lawn seating in a relaxed, picnic style setting.
A highlight of the 2026 program is Ballet Americana, choreographed by Ballet Concerto founding
artistic director Margo Dean and set to rousing patriotic music by John Philip Sousa. Created as a
joyful tribute to the spirit of America, the work celebrates unity, tradition, and the enduring power of
the arts.
The program also features a striking Spanish contemporary work by resident choreographer Elise
Lavallee, originally premiered at the 2018 SUMMER DANCE CONCERT, as well as an exciting new
work by Ballet Concerto alum Brandon Nguyen, showcasing the continued evolution of the company’s
artistic voice.
Guests are encouraged to bring blankets, lawn chairs, picnics, and beverages to enjoy an evening of
professional dance in a beautiful outdoor setting. Lawn seating is free with no ticket required.
