Fill out this form to participate in the 2026 Fort Worth Burger Week that runs from August 17th – August 23rd, 2026. You’ll get featured in our Official Burger Week Passport and be promoted as one of the premier burger joints here in Fort Worth!

Two simple steps to participate:
1) Provide a $150 Participation Fee to Tarrant Area Food Bank (Click Here)
2) Fill out the form below to share your specialty burger

BENEFITS OF PARTICIPATING IN FWBW 2026:

• Logo with link on FWBW Website (100,000+ views during FWBW)
• Logo, Specialty Burger Image and description in digital passport (26,000+ Opens in 2025)
• 1 Facebook Post on WUFW Page with direct link (15,000+ followers)
• 1 Facebook Post on FWBW Event with direct link
• 1 Instagram Post on WUFW Profile with direct link (5,000+ followers)

AS A PARTICIPATING RESTAURANT YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Offer an $8 specialty burger during August 17-23, 2026
• Display poster and other FWBW promotional materials
• Place FWBW table tents on tables at participating restaurant
• Provide high-res photo and description of specialty burger
• Make a donation to Tarrant Area Food Bank HERE (Your participation fee is your donation)

Example: If you will NOT be offering a $8 specialty burger during a busy brunch, do not add it as a time you will be participating.
Please provide the exact way you'd like your burger to be described. This will be used word-for-word in the official 2026 Burger Week Passport. You can describe the type of bun, meat, cheese, vegetables and any other important details that should be included about your burger. (200 character limit)
Is your specialty burger any of these?
REMEMBER! The $8 Specialty Burger is JUST the burger by itself. Let us know if you are creating a combo or other special for the week. (Examples: $10 Burger and beer all week, OR Burger + Fries and Shake for $12 on Wednesday OR FREE ice cream cone with purchase of a Burger on Monday only OR Basket of onion rings for the table with the purchase of 2 or more burgers at lunch any day of the week, etc...)
