2024 Spring Break Guide
Spring break in Cowtown offers a ton of family-friendly activities that make it the perfect reason to stay home this spring break. At the heart of the city lies the historic Fort Worth Stockyards, where visitors can immerse themselves in the Old West charm with daily cattle drives, rodeos, and western-themed shopping and dining experiences.
During spring break, Cowtown Goes Green transforms the Stockyards into a festive celebration of St. Patrick’s Day, featuring parades, live music, and Irish-inspired cuisine.
In Fort Worth’s Cultural District, the Fort Worth Museum of Science & History offers interactive exhibits exploring science, technology, and history, while the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth and the Kimbell Art Museum showcase world-class collections of contemporary and classical art….along with lots of family-friendly activities.
Parents looking to keep their children engaged during the break can enroll them in Spring Break Camps offered by various organizations throughout the city, providing a mix of fun activities and educational opportunities.
Whether you’re exploring the rich cowboy heritage of the Stockyards, delving into the wonders of science and art, or keeping the little ones entertained, Fort Worth offers something for everyone to enjoy during spring break.
So, if you are staying in Cowtown for Spring Break? The WUFW Spring Break Guide has enough activities to keep you and your family busy all week long.

Honk! Jr. is a heartwarming celebration of being different that is sure to delight audiences of all ages with its sparkling wit, unique charm and memorable score. It is witty and hilarious, but also deeply moving. Ugly looks quite a bit different from his darling duckling brothers and sisters. The other animals on the farm are quick to notice and point this out, despite his mother’s protective flapping. Feeling rather foul about himself, the little fowl finds himself on an adventure of self-discovery, all the while unknowingly outwitting a very hungry Cat. Along the way, Ugly meets a whole flock of unique characters and finds out being different is not a bad thing to be.
