We honor the legendary Black Cowboys and Cowgirls whose grit and skill helped build the West, while shining a spotlight on a powerful culture that’s still riding strong today. More than just a rodeo, BPIR is an unforgettable experience—families come to celebrate, learn, and be wowed by thrilling competition, electrifying reenactments, and rich storytelling that keeps the cowboy spirit alive.
