What’s Up Fort Worth tabs Fort Worth’s Fourth as Fort Worth’s best Independence Day celebration.   The 18th annual Fort Worth’s Fourth takes place on Friday, July 4th at the scenic Panther Island Pavilion. This free, family-friendly event promises the best live music, delicious food, engaging activities, and the most spectacular fireworks display in North Texas!

Fort Worth’s Fourth draws thousands to the banks of the Trinity River to celebrate freedom and the incredible Fort Worth community spirit. This year, the festivities kick off at 5:00 PM.

From 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, families can delight in a variety of activities designed for all ages. Children can enjoy the dedicated kids’ zone and swim area, while everyone can savor a diverse selection of food and beverages from local vendors.

Music lovers are in for a treat with a dynamic lineup of performances:

  • 6:00 PM: Trey & The Tritones take the Waterfront Stage, delivering a blend of classic hits and contemporary favorites.
  • 8:05 PM: Coffey Anderson, renowned for his energetic performances and soulful country tunes, will captivate the audience with his engaging set.

The Best Fireworks in Cowtown!

The highlight of the evening is undoubtedly the breathtaking fireworks show, commencing at approximately 9:30 PM. Recognized as the largest Independence Day fireworks display in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, this 29-minute spectacle will light up the night sky, synchronized to music for an immersive experience. For those unable to attend in person, the show will be live-streamed on fox4news.com, and the accompanying music can be enjoyed via simulcast on 95.9 The Ranch FM.

Parking: Parking lots open at 3:00 PM, with several options available, including the main venue lot and additional lots off North Main Street. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early to secure convenient parking.

Alternative Transportation: Consider utilizing the Trinity Trails for a scenic route to the event. Please note that certain sections of the trails will be closed from July 3 at 10:00 PM until July 5 at 8:00 AM, with specific openings to accommodate event attendees.
