Museum School Summer Programs
For seventy-four years, Museum School™ has introduced children to the wonders of the world, igniting children’s curiosity and imagination. Founded in 1950 as the “Frisky and Blossom Club,” Museum School™ continues to be a national model for informal science education. Camp Casa Jr. sessions are one-week camps for Pre-Kindergarteners through rising 2nd graders! Camp Clayton Summer Camps
Camp Clayton is summer headquarters for Clayton Youth Enrichment, a leader in youth programming for nearly 50 years. Clayton camps ensure a safe, engaging, and unforgettable summer for all our participants. Camp Clayton has a variety of summer camps available for children ages 3 to 15 in Fort Worth, Keller and Crowley.
Adventure Camp is the perfect destination for kids aged 6-12 to dive into a world of outdoor fun! From boating, archery, and swimming to encounters with farm animals, every day is packed with fun. Campers explore on hiking trails, enjoy games in gyms, and compete in sand volleyball courts and gaga pits. With activities like team-building challenges, exciting field trips, and classic camp fun, they’ll create lasting memories and friendships. This camp is teens chance to discover their leadership potential, make a difference in their community, and have an unforgettable summer of growth and empowerment.

Art Camp & Art Study at The Modern Art Museum
Plan your summer at the Modern! Art Camp is for ages 4 to 13 and Art Study is for ages 14 to 18.
Art Camp emphasizes learning through direct observation of art and thoughtful activities. We are especially excited to focus on the exhibitions Alex Da Corte: The Whale and Feeling Color: Aubrey Williams and Frank Bowling for the 2025 summer season. Distinguished area artists design and lead art activities that encompass everything from artmaking in the traditional sense to interdisciplinary exploration.
Art campers spend time in the galleries and on the grounds exploring the art and architecture, followed by time in the museum studio where they work with two artists each session. The last day of camp ends with a reception and exhibition of the campers’ artwork to celebrate their creative accomplishments with family and friends. Campers make exciting discoveries concerning art, the world, and themselves through Art Camp at the Modern.

Summer Adventures at River Legacy Living Science Center
Summer Classes at the Nature Center provide students with an exciting hands-on, experiential opportunity to explore our natural world. Lone Star Film Festival Summer Film Camps
The camp will have two sessions:
Session 1: July 7-18, 2025
Session 2: July 21 – August 1, 2025
Both sessions will be held at TCU’s campus at the Bob Schieffer College of Communication.
High School age students learn the ins and outs of filmmaking as they write, direct, act, produce and edit their very own short film. SESSION I is open to all levels of experience. SESSION II serves as second week for students to hone their skills at filmmaking as they take more ownership in creating a second self-produced short film.
