Managed by Pivot, the lifestyle operating vertical of Davidson Hospitality Group, the Harper Hotel offers 226 guest rooms and suites perfect for both business and leisure guests, featuring luxurious Frette bedding, Atelier Bloem bath amenities, Bluetooth speaker systems, and plush bathrobes alongside signature hotel amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness center and 10,000 square feet of event space. Designer Cynthia Forchielli of Forchielli Glynn brings relaxed yet sophisticated design to every room, including handcrafted furniture, thoughtful details, such as a panther figurine that greets guests upon opening the room closet, referencing the ‘Panther City’ nickname, brass pendant lights, woven baskets, and lively local art.
Located on the ground floor and helmed by Chef Matthew Williams, il Modo brings contemporary Italian cuisine to downtown Fort Worth. il Modo creates an inviting space for the community to gather and connect while enjoying dishes prepared with seasonality and sustainability in mind, with offerings including house-made pasta, such as a Cacio e Pepe Orecchiette, Manilla Clam Linguini, and Spicy Italian Sausage Rigatoni. Additional rustic-refined Italian dishes include a 22-ounce bone-in Ribeye grilled to perfection with roasted garlic and bone marrow butter; a roasted Half Amish Chicken served with potato-leek puree and garnished with roasted garlic and preserved lemon jus. Menu items also include a selection of raw bar offerings, family-style platters, shareable appetizers, complementing sides, and delectable Italian-inspired desserts.
Restaurant and bar guests can also enjoy a thoughtful wine list, created to harmonize with the cuisine, and cocktails built around Italian classics. The sophisticated Italian restaurant will soon host pasta-making classes and offer a variety of namesake packaged sauces and pasta for purchase that allow guests to enjoy a taste of il Modo at home.
Refinery 714, the Harper Hotel’s penthouse and cocktail lounge nestled on the 24th floor, presents robust whiskey offerings, classic cocktails, curated beers and wines, and a select menu of elevated bar bites, such as a King Crab and Smoked Trout Salad drizzled with lemon aioli; White Bean Hummus made with roasted eggplant, brown butter mushrooms, and pine nut relish served with lavash flatbread; and shareables, including House Potato Chips and Citrus and Garlic Marinated Olives.
